Hisabi is a single loyalty card for every shop you love. Earn points when you spend at partner businesses, browse curated offers, and redeem them in seconds — all from one bilingual app.
Get the app
Download Hisabi from the App Store or Google Play. The app is free, works on iOS 16+ and Android 10+, and supports both Arabic and English with full right-to-left layouts.
Create your account
Open the app, enter your phone number, and confirm the verification code we send by SMS. Your account is ready in under a minute — no paperwork, no waiting.
Earn points at partner shops
Visit any partner business. At checkout, show your QR card from the app — the cashier scans it and your points are credited instantly. Each company sets its own earning ratio, so the more you spend, the more you earn.
Regular points vs. Inga points
Some offers use regular points; others use Inga points. Your balances are tracked separately so you always know which offers you can redeem with which balance.
Browse and redeem offers
Open the Offers tab to see everything available from the companies you follow. Filter by category, tap an offer, and confirm — points are deducted and a redemption code appears for the cashier.
Track your history
Every earn, redeem, refund, and expiry is in your transaction history. Search, filter by company, and review at any time — full transparency, always.
Loyalty levels
As you spend more across the platform, you progress through loyalty tiers. Each tier unlocks better perks and exclusive offers.
