Loyalty points
Points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may expire per merchant rules. Points may be reversed in cases of fraud, refunds, or error. We are not the issuer of merchant offers.
Merchant responsibilities
Companies registering on Hisabi are responsible for the accuracy of their information, the operation of their loyalty programs, compliance with local laws, and the fulfillment of offers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisabi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
